Delete your CoffeeApp account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. Deleting can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open CoffeeApp and go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm it's you: sign in with Google again, or enter your password.
Tap Delete Account and Data. You're signed out, and the account is gone.

Without the app

Email support@brewlog.eu from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Everything: your sign-in, all profiles, coffees, bag photos, recipes, brews, ratings, equipment, QR sticker links and settings. It's removed from our database straight away, and from backups within 14 days. Nothing is kept. Signing up again later starts a new, empty account.
